If you want to close your account completely to stop all FeedBlitz services, please log inand close your account from your account menu top right > All Account Settings > My Account > Close Account. Doing so will also stop any further reminder emails.

However, if you need help getting FeedBlitz to work, please contact our tech support group - they'll be more than happy to get you going before your services are suspended.

Mailings to your subscribers will cease when the grace period is up, unless you enter a working credit or debit card at https://app.feedblitz.com/f?Premium If you choose not to upgrade in time, FeedBlitz will simply stop sending emails to your subscribers. If that happens, you'll still be able to log in and manage your account and lists. FeedBlitz just won't send any mailings for you.

About upgrading

To avoid account suspension, we need you to re-enter a valid card. Unfortunately we can't simply reprocess the card that was on file, but if the issue was temporary and is now resolved, then simply re-entering it should work. Otherwise, we need a new card to return your account to good standing.

So please, re-upgrade now at https://app.feedblitz.com/f/?Premium to ensure that your email marketing and RSS services continue uninterrupted.
